1 oz Posh Altar Coffee
1 oz Posh Altar Vanilla 
.25 oz simple syrup 
1.50 oz Concentrated Cold Brew 

Serve: Rocks glass. large
Garnish: Coffee dust & Orange twist

Add all ingredients to your shaking tin. Add ice and shake until fully cold. Pour over a chilled rocks glass with ice cubes. Garnish with coffee dust and a discarded orange twist. 

2 oz Posh Altar Reposado 
.75 oz Honey 1:1 
.75 oz Lemon Juice 
.25 oz Ginger Juice 

Serve: Rocks glass 
Garnish: Candied ginger 

Add all ingredients to your shaking tin. Add ice and shake until fully cold. Pour over a chilled rocks glass with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a candied ginger 

2oz Posh Altar White 
1 oz Lime 
.50 oz Triple Sec 
.25 oz Agave 

Serve: Rocks glass
Garnish: Add salt to half of the rim. Add a lime wedge.

Add all ingredients to your shaking tin. Add ice and shake until fully cold. Pour over a chilled rocks glass with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge 

2 oz Posh Altar Reposado 
1 oz Guava Puree 
.75 oz Lime Juice 

Serve: Large coupe
Garnish: Rosemary sprig. Add Tajin to half of the rim.

Add all ingredients to your shaking tin. Add ice and shake until fully cold. Pour over a chilled rocks glass with fresh ice cubes. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

2 oz Posh Altar Cacao 
.1 oz Coffee Infused Vermouth 
2 dashes Angostura bitters 

Serve: Coupe 
Garnish: Orange twist 

Add all ingredients to your mixing glass. Add ice and stir until fully cold. Pour over a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist. 

2 oz Posh Altar Cacao 
1 bar spoon Simple Syrup 
2 dashes Orange bitters 
2 dashes Chocolate bitters 

Serve: Rocks glass/Large Ice cube 
Garnish: Lemon and Orange twist
